BALLROOM WOROUT

Saturdays at 11:15am

Ballroom Workout is a non-stop ballroom based cardio class taught by nationally ranked professional dancer and teacher, Rachel Len. This class incorporates elements from Rumba, Waltz, ChaCha, Salsa, Swing, Merengue and many more you already know (and maybe a few you'll learn along the way) into a high impact cardio workout. The repetitive nature of this class is perfect for newer students looking to develop muscle memory of their basics, and great for the more advanced dancer looking to perfect their technique and styling.
Haven't tried any ballroom dancing yet? No problem! We will show different levels and options throughout the class allowing you to adjust the workout to your comfort and ability.
